Two project consultancies have joined forces. IPMO Pty Ltd is now part of Sensei Project Solutions, extending the U.S.-based company’s reach into Australia. Both organizations are Microsoft project and portfolio partners with deep experience in Microsoft Project implementations.

The merging of the two firms brings IPMO’s Microsoft Azure-based productivity applications into the Sensei family. Among them are IPMO Insite, which adds portfolio reporting capabilities to Project Online; and Project Fields, which lets the user pick Project Server-related fields to display in a web-part on a Project Workspace website. Both are sold through the Microsoft Office Store.

Last year, Sensei sold several of its own productivity apps to Microsoft for integration into Project.

“Sensei and IPMO are both trusted Microsoft partners today,” said Brett Brewer, general manager of Microsoft’s Project & Portfolio Management business. “Having them now become one team with a shared commitment to Microsoft PPM will be of tremendous value to our joint clients.”
