In this second session, we will discuss the 12 Project Management Principles that serve as the foundational guidelines for strategy, decision-making, and problem-solving as defined in PMI’s The Standard for Project Management.

  1. Jon did an excellent job of reviewing the stewardship/leadership qualities and focuses needed to be leaders and how PMBOK discusses that. Leadership is just important to get a team to function within the company’s processes.
