Come and learn the details of setting a baseline for your MS Project schedule and tracking progress to that baseline with techniques such as earned value and baseline variance. This one hour webinar will discuss the details of maintaining a proper baseline throughout the life of the project and utilizing reports and tools to monitor progress against the baseline. This is module 3 in a series of modules.

Presenter:

Spencer Lamoreaux, MBA, PMP, PMI-SP, MCTS currently works for Intel Corporation as the Product Manager of Microsoft Project Server for the quite large 7,000 employee IT organization. In this role, he oversees proper usage and setup for 700+ projects and programs by monitoring earned value, baseline, and other metrics through various reporting solutions. He is a part of the Program Management Office and has over 10 years in the project management industry at both Intel and Motorola. He has his Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification, PMI-SP, MBA, B.S. in Information Systems, a Master’s certificate in Project Management from George Washington University, and is professionally certified on Microsoft Project and Project Server 2007 (MCTS).
