Event Description:

Unfortunately, many organizations see Schedule Risk Analysis as an overhead sometimes mandated for proposals but otherwise of little value. This presentation will show how the use of schedule risk analysis can not only improve your chance of project success but reduce management effort and cost over the complete project life cycle.
