    Hello,

    We are currently using Project Online with MS Project 2013. A Standard calendar has been created on the Project Online side and is used for all resources.
    Some of the PMs would like to add vacation time for resources as non-working time. How can this be done so that the PMs can do these changes themselves?

    Unfortunately not without the ability to edit enterprise resources. I’ve suggested using a special vacation project with a higher priority for customers using resource leveling. You can still use that for other customers but it won’t reduce demand for those periods. Not great news but that’s the way it works. Resources belong to the enterprise and not a particular project. Hope that helps…
