For our small teams, MS Project seems too expensive and chunky. Have you been like this and want an alternative?

Well, there is Project Plan 365, a direct replacement for MSP that’s lighter and works on all platforms. Does not have all the social interactions that Teams does – its just plain old Microsoft Project file-editing 🙂

Which tools have you tried already? Which kind of project are you going to manage on it? We are a software development team and implemented a tool called zentao mainly for testing, hope this is helpful to you.(:

Hi reneeteng! You may want to check this article, it listed down 8 software programs that I feel like you could use as a pm tool. Our team makes use of one tool from their list called Bridgit Bench and it has been very helpful, I highly recommend you check it out along with the other options.
