is there a field on the reporting database or on another database that shows if a project has MY TASK approved actual hours and unapplied / not published?  i am looking to create a report of all projects that need to be published to apply the actual approve my task hours.

Yes.  In PWA, do the following:
      1.  Click on Task Updates.
      2.  Click on the drop-down Go-To list.
      3.  Choose Applied Requests and Errors.
      4.  You will get a listing of all accepted / rejected task updates.
      5.  There is a column that indicates published Y or N.
      6.  You can click on any row to view the actual details from the resource’s entry for the project/task.
      Best wishes,
      Tom H.

Thanks.  This will show the projects for which I am the project manager.  I need to create a list of all projects with unpublished time for all projects in the application.

You will need to create a group id that allows you to view all projects, not just the ones that you own.  The admin will have to configure the group id.

I assumed you were the owner / status manager for all the projects.  I am not sure of a way to view this information across all PM’s.  My thoughts are a PSI tool to query the draft database, since this houses all non-published project info.  Perhaps Project Experts or some other place has written something like this.

Interesting I have less knowledge about databases.
