I am engineer who has used Primavera software in the past for my constrcution scheduling,Gnatt & Pert charts. The Primavera has many WBS Items already set up in their software. Does anyone in the group know if Project has a suite of WBS Items specifically for the construction scheduling community?

Construction scheduling is quite a very broad and complex process given the dynamic nature of the construction industry. Project dates and labor requirements can often change without any notice. The availability of manpower is one of the major things that could have a great effect on your construction schedule that’s why this part requires proper planning along with allocation of other resources. You may check this link for more information on all of those stated above https://www.bridgitsolutions.com/guide-construction-manpower-planning I think it would be of great help for what you’re looking for when it comes to construction scheduling.
