      Hello,

I have created a custom field. The field is at the task level, is numeric, and is set up to rollup values to a summary task in the project schedule as an average value.

I have added this field to my Resource Assignments Summary View.

When I try to create a custom filter using this field for resource assignments, it is not recognized. E.g., Field Name does not equal 100 gives me every row and Field Name equals 100 gives me 0 rows.

Something is not compatible here, but I can’t figure out what it is. I see that there are other task level fields in my Resource Summary View, so I don’t think that is it. Maybe it has to do with the numeric value, but then that doesn’t make complete sense to me because that is the nature of filters (less than/greater than). Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi Karry, hope all is going well. I assume your Resource Assignments Summary view is a task view, not a resource view. The formula should work. You may have to reselect the filter if you made changes on a page that contains the filter, but not sure what else to ask. Someone might have another idea, but I’m happy to take a closer look if you send me the file.
