Tagged: Pyramids, triple constraints
Do you think Old Egyptians used the triple constraints ( time, scpoe, and cost) when they built the pyramids ??
Although when writing the word scope I used the correct number of letters , I did not use the correct sequence , they call that a spelling mistake , the typical triple constraints are off course ( Time , Scope and Cost ).

Cost may have been thrown out the window”, but I would think for a process-laden Egypt, EVM may have reigned supreme!

And. Cost is thrown out as the slaves were engaged to build, so budget is at minimum!
I would say that Cost was thrown out of the window. Time and Scope reigned supreme, while Fast Tracking and Schedule Crashing were the norm.
I imagine they did! they must have been building it for someone who wanted it done by a certain time so I think time was a big constraint.
