      Hello.

I have a construction schedule with my resources working 7 days a week. Is there a way to create a highlight option for all tasks that take place on a Saturday and/or Sunday?

      Thanks in advance!

There is no non-working time. My subcontractors are all working 7 days a week….

If you have already modified and used the Standard base calendar as the project calendar, then you can create another calendar, for example, Standard_with_NonWorking and use it to draw nonworking times in the Gantt as explained above.

      Hey Nathan,
That’s a good one! Try this article:

Thanks Rich! I’ll definitely be using that formula for a flag. One thing I noticed was that it only flags tasks which start and/or finish on the weekend. So for a task which starts on Thursday and runs to the following Tuesday, it would go unmarked.

Any ideas on how to capture those? Thanks again for all the help!

Fastest way to do it, I guess, would be as follows:
Change “Calendar” to Standard and choose a dark nonworking time color, then check the Gantt graph…
