Want to auto-schedule coordination meetings between task resources in Outlook based on MS Project scheduled tasks.
I’m not sure if I understood you correctly. Do you want to find available time for a meeting using the allocation from both Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Project?
Maybe you can sync your MS Project task to Outlook and then use the Outlook Scheduling Assistant? Is this what you are looking for? If so you may look into this add-on:
As Adrian said it is hard to understand exactly what you are trying to do, but MS Project cannot automatically create or link to a meeting in Outlook.
