It seems that Project Pro displays all fields when you click the Project Information except for multi line ones, owner, start and end dates, etc. It basically lists what it wants in no logical order.
Can I control what appears?
I have read you cannot control the order unless you add in #s as prefixes for the field names. Any other way to control the order of the fields?
John, you are correct that it does not include multi-line fields. Start and Finish dates are controlled by MS Project so the Start date is typically the date you key in on top, and the Finish date is the project finish. The order unfortunately is alphabetic grouped first by required fields and then by non-required fields, and no you cannot change this order. I typically create the organized fields within PWA and try to move PMs to use that instead (whether they use multi-line fields or not).

Thanks for the reply. MS should allow this control … but then I will organize the fields in PWA and point the users there.
