Let’s say I want to specify a list of external contacts for a task. These contacts aren’t within the company or putting hours toward the task. So, it doesn’t seem to me that they should be resources, but maybe I’m wrong. I simply want team members to have this information available.
Is there any way outside of linking a Word document to embed that kind of tabular data to a task?
The example is specific but I am wondering about tabular data linked to specific tasks in general, as I have other use cases.
