1. Select the CP filter
   Create a text field and name it (say CP)
2. code the field for the ones you want to display
3. create a filter that fits the code or asks for the code
4. run the filter and you have the selected items

there are some other cosmetic things you can do if you want to create a presentation in powerpoint, but those are the basics.
