      All,
The organization where I work is moving toward using a more agile framework for their project management methodology. I’ve used Trello in the past but now am interested in using Project. I have Project Professional 2016 installed locally. We don’t use Project Server or Project Online. I read through the MPUG paper “Using Kanban Boards in Microsoft Project” and tried to update my install’s build.
When I look at the product information, I don’t see a build number. Rather I see:
      Microsoft Project 2016 MSO (16.0.4549.1000) 32-bit
      Product ID: xxxxx-…. etc
Can I install the correct build considering the version that I’m using? If so, how?

      Thanks to all,
      Mark

Robert, I believe agile features are only available in the O365 subscription version. I just checked the new Project 2019, just released / releasing and still didn’t see it.

      Robert,
For a very simple Kanban Board check out my blog:

Many other examples are on the web. Obviously you can create more elaborate models, but this would be a start.
