On my Project Web App home page it shows that I have 39 tasks pending my approval, when in fact I have none. I’ve searched google to come up with a fix but no success to date. Has anyone had this same problem? How did you fix it?
Check the status manager setting in the projects, using project professional, that are appearing in your Approval Center. When a resource submits from a timesheet it is the status manager that receives the update for approval. If it should be someone else, change it.
