In the MS Project 2013 Managing Projects and Portfolios guide the Portfolio Analysis Analyze Cost section example discusses a change in value of the PMO High Estimate cost variable. I have seen other texts with a similar example but I cannot figure out how the value is changed? The PMO High Estimate value looks to be a sum of this field from projects included in the analysis and given the analysis is a snapshot of project values at the time it is created, it does not appear the way to change it is by altering the value in the individual projects? Can someone shed some light on how this value is changed?
