Hi, i am trying to save Gantt charts and task usage as a pdf, however i am trying to save them as one page and keep getting multiple pages. I havr tried page setup under the print settings but that’s not following through. In addition, when i view task usage in print preview the data for hours worked shifts to another day. Any advice on how to fix these issues?

You may need to try a third party tool. I’ve been using PDF995 for years and still like it better than the option to save to pdf. This particular product installs as a print driver so you are printing as a pdf. All you need to do is set your Page Settings to Fit to one page. It’s also worked on every PC OS I’ve had from XP to Windows 10.

Feel free to search for others as I’m just using what I found (probably close to 10 years ago). If you find something else please post here as I’d appreciate knowing others.

It worked wonders. I used a print to pdf called novapdf, and took the evaluation version. The pdf comes out just like the print screen and no bugs on the data.
I still don’t know why saving as a pdf still messes up though but to help anyone with the same issue I was on windows 8 and I attempted every option when it came to the pdf save.

Glad it helped, and thanks for the Novapdf option. Not sure what is happening with your bug, and there really isn’t a good process to report bugs to Microsoft without a opening up a ticket. You could send it to an MVP as they have better access.
