      Here’s a Schedule Challenge… at the conference!  Show others how to create a schedule Totem Pole Chart to depict Current vs BL Total Slack within MSP.

      There should be a Microsoft Office Project “Challenge” Workshop for various people to demonstrate unusual views and reports generated from Project.  It should be modereated by Microsoft and othere professional experts!

      Regards;

      Angelo

      Hi, Angelo – could you explain more what you mean by Totem Pole Chart.  Thanks.

      A Totem Chart graphically depicts, in the gantt chart area, the amount of slack key tasks have when baselined, and compares that to TS at any point.  Timescale is labled from a 0 axis, as M-1, M-2, M-3 … for positive slack and -M-1, -M-2, -M-3 … for negative slack.  Bars are black for baseline slack, green for current positive slack and red for current negitive slack.  I will e-mail you a pic.

      Please mail a picture to me as well.  This is a tool (visually displaying slack) that I need and have not found any good tools to date.  My AOL address is SteveRuger.

      Thanks.
