Here’s a Schedule Challenge… at the conference! Show others how to create a schedule Totem Pole Chart to depict Current vs BL Total Slack within MSP.
There should be a Microsoft Office Project “Challenge” Workshop for various people to demonstrate unusual views and reports generated from Project. It should be modereated by Microsoft and othere professional experts!

Hi, Angelo – could you explain more what you mean by Totem Pole Chart. Thanks.
A Totem Chart graphically depicts, in the gantt chart area, the amount of slack key tasks have when baselined, and compares that to TS at any point. Timescale is labled from a 0 axis, as M-1, M-2, M-3 … for positive slack and -M-1, -M-2, -M-3 … for negative slack. Bars are black for baseline slack, green for current positive slack and red for current negitive slack. I will e-mail you a pic.
