In MS Project 2013 what is the best way to report on tasks due for each resource? There used to be a standard canned report that was used for this type of reporting. I would plan to send the worksheet to each resource for tasks past due, tasks due within next two weeks also. Thanks.

I’ve typically done what you’re asking by using a Resource Usage type view which by its nature groups tasks by resource and then adding filters to only show not completed tasks with Finish dates less than a specified date. You can configure the filter parameter so it prompts you for a date when you open the view.
One thing to note. If you filter, you may end up with just a list of tasks, not showing any grouping by resource name. If that occurs, add a grouping by the resource Name field to force the names to stay in the view.

        Hi

Amy, Daryl is right on with a good solution. I’ll just add one trick…you can also insert a page break between each resource if you want. The function isn’t in a ribbon so you’ll need to add it to your toolbar (or ribbon). From the Customize Quick Access Toolbar, select the “All Commands” group and then find Insert Page Break. Once on the toolbar, select a resource row to insert a page break above that row. Good luck…
