In Project 2007, Excel 2007, etc., any time you are entering info into a cell on the spreadsheet portion of the view, an entry bar becomes active above the spreadsheet portion, that contains the info you are editing or adding.  Where has that gone?  Any help would be appreciated.
      Thanks!

You edit right inside the cell in 2010.  You can place your cursur over the cell and click to edit.

You can show the entry bar. Go to the ‘File’ Tab then click ‘Options’ then Display. At the Display screen you want to check the box for ‘Entry Bar’ under where it says ‘Show These Elements’

You can also use the “F2” key to place you into edit mode on the task description. When updates are complete, hit the enter key and you will be out of edit mode.
