Event Description:

For users of Project Online desktop client (subscription version), this is your chance to learn more about Agile in Microsoft Project. The presenters spent months testing and evaluating various features and will give you their top takeaways.

Learning outcomes:

  • Apply the features in the Sprints Project template to manage an Agile project
  • Learn the benefits of using Excel for specific Agile needs
  • Create the product backlog
  • Build and assign an Agile team
  • Plan a sprint
  • Configure task boards
  • Record progress from daily scrum meetings
  • Implement the scrum framework and Agile best practices in Microsoft Project including priorities and acceptance criteria
