Event Description:

Every project manager and scheduler wants to create dynamic project schedules that show an accurate, realistic model of their project. In order to do so, you must know the various ways to link tasks with Microsoft Project.

Microsoft Project has a very powerful Scheduling Engine and if you know the right way to use it, your schedules will help show more insight into your projects. Tasks are scheduled based on the start date of the project and the order in which tasks must be completed. There are various ways to link tasks e.g. ‘Start To Finish’, ‘Start to Start’ and using lags and lead times, but knowing which to use and when to use it is the key to a successful project.
