This Webinar is eligible for 1 PMI® PDU in the Strategic Category of the Talent Triangle.

Event Description:

Successful organizations manage their project intake and prioritize initiatives to ensure the best return on investment. Microsoft PPM allows organizations to easily capture incoming project proposals through an online business case form, including high-level staffing needs, cost information, and supporting documentation. Throughout the budgeting cycle (and at other strategic times), organizations can review the project proposals against the overall strategic direction of the business and prioritize them based on budget and existing workloads to ensure a realistic portfolio of projects that provides the most value and can be successfully executed. This prioritization process also helps the organization understand what the long-term resource needs are and where bottlenecks may exist.
