You can always add the resource as a new resource. That way all historical information about the resource’s efforts in India can be maintained & his/her new resource information can also be maintained. If this is undesirable, you can create new base calendars for both India & the Netherlands, & on the resource form, change the Base calendar to the appropriate one in the Change Working Time dialog. I don’t know of a way to this date based, since it seems to be a manual operation.
