Its slightly different from 2007…Here are the steps.

  • Click on Timesheet link from Quick Launch on the left.
  • Go to the timesheet period that you want to plan administrative time Time for by clicking on select period.
  • Make sure that Planned line is displayed. If not, Insert the Planned” line by checking the box on the ribbon
  • Input hours on the Planned line for the administrative time that you are planning.
  • Select the task by clicking on checkbox beside the name of the task
  • Click on  Send Status >>  Selected Tasks.
