Event Description:

Join Ed Roden and Hemant Damani as they present Portfolio Management.

Hemant and Ed discuss Portfolio Management and integration with financial processes, resource capacity and delivery readiness. They discuss how to integrate and lean out the portfolio process to have a simple, yet effective approach to cut across silos in an organization to ensure teamwork in portfolio management and delivery.

The pair demonstrates a practical application of how this has been achieved at Aptiv (formerly Delphi). This lean approach reduces redundancy and streamlines the entire process from ideation to demand planning thru capacity planning and delivery readiness.

Join them to see what exciting approaches are being innovated towards effective portfolio delivery in this very practical session which will include a live demo of a sample portfolio.
