  • A summary of the typical stages, steps and sub-steps involved in successfully managing one project collaboratively with a project team (including the steps for the Team Members)
  • An overview of a positive Project Management leadership style
  • A training guide experienced Project Managers may wish adapt for new Project Managers

The objective is not to have this guide replace formal project management training, but rather inspire new Project Managers to take some training classes to gain a deeper understanding of Project Management principals.
