Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting

This module covers the tools and techniques for managing the cost, budget, and schedule of a project, including the Quantitative Project Manager approach and its Microsoft Project template. It also discusses the challenges of managing programs and how to overcome them using specialized techniques and tools. The module examines the impact of uncertainty on project success and how to use simple simulations to produce more realistic forecasts. It also discusses project health metrics and how to use OData and Power BI to quickly spot unhealthy project plans. The module emphasizes the importance of data collaboration and how to effectively manage data within and across organizational boundaries, both for individual programs and across portfolios of programs


Agile

In this module, project managers will learn how to use Microsoft Project and Project PPM to manage agile teams and projects, and will learn about different Agile disciplines and how to apply them to different types of projects. They will also learn about new Agile features and tools in Office 365, and how to use the Sprints Project template and other tools to manage an Agile project. They will learn about the scrum framework and Agile best practices, and how to implement them in Microsoft Project.
