One of my users changed her AD password.
Now Project Pro and PWA refuse to let her in and do not recognize her.
I have not changed her access.
Why does this happen and How do you fix it?

John, passwords won’t cause this issue (at least none that I know of and passwords are changed all the time). Are you sure the AD account didn’t get changed for some reason? You can try re-entering her account ID in her user record and see if that works. I’ve done that on occasion and haven’t had an issue (Project Server 2013).
