Inactivate task – Query

Hi,

I have a task which is in progress (% Complete) is tracked. Now, due to some reasons the same is dropped. How to inactivite such task without making the % complete as zero

You have two options:1. Remove remaining work or otherwise make the task 100% complete (which you don’t want to do)2. Change % complete back to 0 and then inactivate the task (that unfortunately changes work values and removes the indication that work was performed on the task)The normal preferred method is option 1 but either way will work.
