      Hi Steve,
      If you are just looking for slides to base training off of I would suggest that you look at the Microsoft provided Ignite Training slides.  I am not sure of the link to that but if you go to Microsoft’s Technet site and search for the Project Ignite training I am sure you will find them.  I think there are around 10 separate decks.
