MS Project 2016

[NZ]

1- Is there a column option for “material” to track quantity based progress
2- if we enter cost it calculates correct CPI, however SPI is off, because it is linked with duration and percent complete, please advise!
3- once we clear the original baseline and reassign the baseline, bars doesnot show the baseline with black line.

All above questions are may b basic, however i am facing lot of difficulties to resolve them. Please advise
