      Is it possible to enter a “development support” task for the team lead which should start when task a start (SS) but finish when task B end (ff)? Essentially this team lead provides support throughout that time from when the first tasks begins to when the second tasks ends. Thanks

      Robert, if I get your question, you would just add a subtask under “development” and devote a portion of the day to “development support.” The overall task would be “development” and would take the appropriate amount of time minus the development support time during the day.
