      Good Morning,
      I am using MS Project standard 2013 integrating a number of subproject together and want to standardize the contents of some of the fields across multiple projects. What is the process to import/export/synchronize data across all project files.

      John, if I understand your question you should be able to use standard custom fields across all your sub-projects. Just use the same field (text1, etc.). The field name doesn’t matter. You can also import lookup tables across open projects. Reporting will merge data across open projects as well. Hope this helps.
