      I am using MSP 2016, is possible to export task to Outlook,

      I am using Project version 2016.
      In version 2000 and/or 2002 we had the possibility to send email to resources to either send list of tasks that they were assign to or get tracking information on for their specific tasks.
      Is someone can suggest me a way to do it using version 2016?

      Project 2016 does not have this feature. Sync to outlook feature is part of Project Server/Online. You need either install paid add-in from partners or the steps in https://www.mpug.com/articles/integrating-project-and-outlook/
