Event Description:

Outlook is the tool we all use to manage our day to day corporate and personal tasks, and yet as Project Managers or Team Members we’re also expected to perform tasks as defined by the various Project Schedules that we are working on/managing.  Many Project Managers want a seamless way to view all their tasks in a single location, rather than juggling between Outlook and Project, but unfortunately Microsoft provide only limited integration between the two products.  Because of Microsoft’s limited support, Applepark Ltd. has produced an add-in for Microsoft Project which exports tasks from Project into Outlook and keeps them in sync, so that when your project timelines change your Outlook calendar is also updated.
