      Hello, all.

      Is there a way to output an entire Gantt chart view to excel? I’ve found articles about exporting data, but I’d like to get the whole thing. We need to be able to share with outside companies and groups that don’t use Project.

      i was looking for something similar, i found a macro thats able to produce an exact copy of the Gantt chart.

      Are you looking to export the Gantt Chart? Or just the data?

      Data is relatively easy but the chart itself would probably need to be a screen shot of some kind.

      What I would do is print the GANTT chart but choose PDF as the format. If you’re careful with the settings you can get the whole thing to show up. You can drag and drop that into an email and maybe even an excel.

      If you want the task list and the chart part as something you can view and edit in Excel that’s another story.
