He is experienced with organization change and adoption of project management best practices and has extensive experience with government and DOD organization program management. Earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Southern California and his MBA from Pepperdine University, Scott has also been a contributing author books in relation to Microsoft Office Project and Project Server. Scott is a certified Project Management Professional as well as a Microsoft Certified Professional.
