Microsoft Project is a great tool for project schedule planning and tracking.  Where it stands out among many of its peers is in the ability to perform detailed man hour and cost tracking.  In this session we will explore man hour and cost tracking by looking at related schedule options and settings, resource settings and task assignment tracking within the desktop application. Finally, we will explore a set of out of the box views and reports that aid in visualizing man hour and costs over the life of the project.

Michael (“Mike”) Agnello, PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, MCP is a Project Management consultant with Edwards Performance Solutions specializing in custom solution development around Microsoft Project and Microsoft Project Server.   Mike began his career in 1989 developing test program solutions for military fire control systems, he quickly became an engineering lead transitioning his programming and troubleshooting skills from electronics to project management.
